Edificada na década de 60, possui forro de estuque e piso de mosaico, revelando os contrastes da história das edificações das igrejas, que contribuíram ao logo dos anos, para a formação cultural do povo da localidade de Nereu Ramos, no interior de Jaraguá do Sul. Restaurada em 2008, abriga também uma gruta e o mausoléu dos padres Antônio Echelmeyer e Aloísio Boeing. Em processo de beatificação, o padre Aloísio Boeing viveu mais de 20 anos na comunidade de Nereu Ramos, e hoje o local onde estão seus restos mortais se tornou espaço de romaria. O ambiente acolhe muitos visitantes que lhe rendem homenagens por graças alcançadas graças à intercessão do religioso. As irmãs da Fraternidade Mariana também conservaram o quarto nas condições em que foi deixado por padre Aloísio. O local também é aberto à visitação.
